Analysis of Quality Management During Production of an Engineering Product

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na doporučení pro snížení nákladů na kvalitu a vyhodnocení možností snižování nákladů na nekvalitu ve Vítkovice Cylinders, a.s. ve vztahu k interním vadám souvisejících s tvorbou vrchlíku a hrdla láhve. Práce je rozdělena na dvě roviny a to teoretickou a analytickou část. Teoretická část práce je soustředěna na definování pojmu Kvalita, Management kvality, na vybrané modely využívané při ekonomické analýze nákladů na kvalitu, na základní nástroje analýzy a nakonec také na metody plánování a zlepšování managementu kvality. V analytické části je věnována pozornost rozboru systému managementu kvality ve společnosti Vítkovice Cylinders, a.s., sledování a vyhodnocování nákladů na kvalitu a analýze nákladů na kvalitu ve společnosti. Společnost jíž se analýza týká se nalézá v Ostravě-Vítkovicích Dolní oblasti. Výzkum byl prováděn dle dat, která jsou vedena v rámci společnosti Vítkovice Cylinders, a.s. a jež byla autorovi práce poskytnuta. Hlavními metodami, které byly v práci využity jsou Paretova analáza, Ishikawův diagram a metoda 5 Whys.Bachelor thesis is focused on recommendation for reduction quality costs and evalution opportunities for reduction of the quality costs in Vítkovice Cylinders, a.s. in relation to internal defects related to the creation of spherical cap and bottle neck. Thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and analytical. Theoretical part of thesis is focused on the definition of the terms Quality and Quality management, the selected models used for economical analysis of costs, the basic analytic tools and in the end is focused on the methods of planning and improving quality management. Analytical part of thesis deals with quality management system in Vítkovice Cylinders, a.s., as well as the monitoring and the evalueting quality costs in the company of Vítkovice Cylinders, a.s. The company is located in the Ostrava - Vítkovice, Dolní oblast. The research was conducted according to the data that is conducted within the company Vítkovice Cylinders, a.s. and they has provided to the author of thesis. Influence of Business Environment in the Field of Engineering Product Production

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vliv podnikatelského prostředí na podnik a vyhodnocení potenciálů společnosti Vítkovice Cylinders, a.s. ve vztahu k jeho prostředí. Práce je rozdělena do třech hlavních částí a to teoretické, analytické a syntetické části. Teoretická část práce je soustředěna na definování pojmů podnik a prostředí, dále na popis analytických a diagnostických metod používaných při odhalování potenciálů společností. V analytické části je věnována pozornost rozboru prostředí podniku a to v rovinách makroprostředí, mezoprostředí a mikroprostředí, k čemuž bylo využito metod PEST analýzy, Porterovy analýzy konkurenčních sil, finanční analýzy a jako diagnostická metoda GM trend. V syntetické části je věnována pozornost analyzovaným skutečnostem a z nich syntetizovaným návrhům na opatření.Thesis is focused on influence of business environment on the company and evaluation of potentials in Vítkovice Cylinders, a.s. in relation to its environment. The thesis is divided to three main parts, theoretical, analytical and synthesis part. Theoretical part is focused on define of concets like the company and environment, further on the description of analytical and diagnostical methods used during detection company potentials. In analytical part is attention paid to the analysis of company environment in the planes of macroenvironment, mesoenvironment and microenvironment, for which was used PEST analysis, Porter analysis of competitive forces, financial analysis and diagnostical method GM trend. SUMMARY OF ALGORITHMIC FRAGMENTS FOR STATISTICAL IDENTIFICATION OF MARKERS FROM A SET OF SPECTRAL COURSES

A brief introduction of algorithms for the statistical identification of markers from a set of spectral courses is the topic of our paper. Partial results, demonstrated by pictures, are very promising. Therefore, our next effort will be directed at the construction of the 1st prototype of some semi-commercial software for the identification of markers from a set of spectral courses

Import 29/09/2010Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem výkonu samosprávy města Chomutova a stručným shrnutím možností spolupodílení občanů při výkonu místní samosprávy. V první části práce je popsána územní samospráva jako celek a její působnost. V další části práce popisuje činnost jednotlivých orgánů v samostatné a přenesené působnosti města Chomutova a stručně se zmíní o hospodaření města, jako nedílné součásti samosprávy. Následuje popis jednotlivých oprávnění občanů, která v souvislosti s výkonem místní samosprávy vyplývají ze zákona o obecním zřízení a oprávnění, která poskytují ve vlastním zájmu orgány města Chomutova občanům vlastním iniciativním přístupem. Je zde samozřejmě uveden souhrn základní legislativní úpravy územní samosprávy, neboť bez alespoň základní znalosti této právní úpravy nemohou občané efektivně uplatnit svůj podíl na správě veřejných záležitostí.This Thesis deals with description of performance of self-government in the town Chomutov and with concise summary of possibilities for the residents how to take part in performing the self-government. In the first part of the Thesis there is a description of territorial self-government as unit and its jurisdiction. Following part of the Thesis describes the activity of individual bodies in autonomous and transferred jurisdiction of the town Chomutov and it shortly mentions the town management as integral part of the self-government. Further the description of individual citizens´ powers follows that result from the law regulating municipalities and their powers in connection with the performance of the territorial self-government and that are granted by the bodies of the town Chomutov in their own interest and with own initiative approach to the residents. Activity of the Police Force of the Czech Republic within the IZS framework during the floods in 2002, its analysis and recommendations to improve and integrate its activity within the whole system of the Police Force in the Czech Republic and in the region of South Bohemia

The flood in August 2002, by which the territory of the South Bohemian Region was struck, initiated the engagement of the components of the Integrated Rescue System having participated in the rescue and liquidation work caused by the flood. Due to the scope of the flood, the operability of the change and supplementation of the flood measures prepared in the emergency plans showed itself as necessary. The struck places called for the immediate deployment of forces and means the goal of which is preventing and removing the consequences caused by flood. This brings other problems connected with the organization and logistic assurance which means loading of the usual run of the company. The target of this thesis was to analyze the police activity during the flood in 2002, to recommend the improvement and unification of the activity within CR police as basic components of Integrated Rescue System on the territory of South Bohemian Region. The following hypothesis was determined within the thesis: The flood, emergency and crisis plans of municipalities and regions elaborated on a good quality level help in the activity of Czech Republic Police within the Integrated Rescue System during the flood on the territory of South Bohemian Region. In the thesis I tried partially to cover the course of floods in 2002 on the territory of the South Bohemian Region and the associated Activity of Czech Republic Police as one of the basic elements of the integrated rescue system. This field should be devoted much more attention, especially in relation to the materially technical equipment, item of financial and food supplies assurance and legislation. The treated topic may be utilized in the scope of activity of Czech Republic Police, Firemen Rescue Service, ZZS, Regional Authorities, Municipal Authorities and further subjects dealing with the crisis management, during the training of own employees, and elaborating of emergency plans and type activities
